What I offer…
Each of these ways of working with you are all bespoke, guided by slowing down and offering you and your body space to relax. I believe there is medicine in softness. There is medicine in reminding your nervous system there is no rush, we are not trying to ‘fix’. We are showing up for all the times stress transformed into tension, fear became trapped and emotions got silenced.
When we listen, with no expectation, to aches, pains, numbness, the body starts to speak and heal.
Don’t worry, I know how good pressure feels in the places that have ached for so long, so that won’t be missing. However, it’s not my foundation.
I am inspired and moved by how simple it can be, to have hands hold a place that hurts, and those hands not leave.
Emotions may move, you may feel numb, you could be relieved of aches that have lingered. And, there is no expectation.
Let’s see what your body speaks, when we give it space, and listen.
Hot Stones
Hot stones is about the heat, if you can believe it. This is not a firm pressure practice, the heat from the stones is where the magic lies.
They soften the muscles and help untangle the knots.
It is deeply relaxing, so nurturing and beautifully grounding. The stones come from volcanic rock, they are a part of this Earth, just as you do.
So, perhaps try something new and allow yourself to melt.
Revere
This is a devotional practice. Tailored to you and parts of yourself that feel abandoned, lost or longing - whether that be physical, emotional or spiritual.
I honour the path you have walked. Every step shapes us, every emotion guides us. From those days we spent in our mothers wombs, to the journey you took to get home today.
I know my own body deeply, I hear the cries of the child within me and this has birthed a heart that tends, hands that hold and energy that creates safety.
If this scares you, I understand. It is big to let someone witness. It’s even bigger to let them hold.
